Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.\n\n \n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\n * Develop business unit strategy and ensure projects are resourced to drive improvements in safety, quality, service and cost. \n * Implement staffing plans by identifying resource needs, preparing justifications and coordinating hiring processes with Human Resources. \n * Develop direct reports through training, performance management, coaching and formal evaluations. \n * Monitor daily operations and provide direction to exempt, nonexempt and entry-level employees to achieve departmental goals. \n * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders by responding to requests and explaining processes and procedures. \n * Interpret and implement policies impacting the assigned organizational unit. \n * Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including FDA, BSI and EEO standards. \n * Develop and manage work schedules based on priorities, workload and available resources. \n * Maintain personnel records, including schedules, time off and leave tracking. \n * Perform individual contributor responsibilities as needed. \n * Ensure appropriate resources are in place to maintain Quality System compliance and adherence to the Boston Scientific Quality Policy. \n * Promote a work environment aligned with the Quality Policy and Quality System.
