Salary Range: $48,000 - $55,000

What You'll Do


As an Associate Scientist, you will play a key role in supporting discovery ADME studies by generating reliable analytical data and helping ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded. In this onsite role, you will support critical sample analysis activities for early-stage drug discovery programs while working with state-of-the-art LC-MS technologies in a collaborative scientific environment.


This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career scientist who enjoys hands-on laboratory work, data analysis, and contributing to high-quality scientific research that supports pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients worldwide.


Key Responsibilities



  • Perform sample preparation and analysis for discovery in vitro ADME studies.

  • Assist with development and optimization of analytical methods for sponsor studies.

  • Execute studies according to approved protocols and project requirements.

  • Process analytical data and prepare scientific reports.

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant study documentation.

  • Support the delivery of high-quality results within established timelines.

  • Collaborate with scientists and laboratory staff to ensure successful project execution.

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation.

  • Maintain laboratory organization and operational readiness.

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and applicable quality standards.

  • Stay current with scientific advances and industry developments related to analytical and bioanalytical sciences.

  • Support additional laboratory and scientific initiatives as assigned by management.


What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related analytical science discipline.

  • Minimum 1 year of bioanalytical testing, analytical development, or related laboratory experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with (U)HPLC-MS systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to generating high-quality scientific data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with Agilent or Waters LC-MS platforms.

  • Experience using Discovery Quant software.

  • Knowledge of additional analytical techniques, including HPLC with conventional detection systems.

  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or drug discovery environments.
