Associate Vice President - Delivery - Dallas, TX

Around 20 years of experience with atleast 10 years of delivery leadership experience

Experience in delivering complex programs related to Mobile/Web App development, Application modernization, Cloud Migration, Application modernization, Application support and Maintenance

Good understanding of Agile execution, methodologies and best practices

Hands on with respect to tracking and managing projects using tools like JIRA & ADO

Exposure in interacting with Key customer Stakeholders and Offshore team members

Understands the overall SDLC in agile projects from Estimation techniques, Story grooming, development and testing in sprints, PR reviews, UAT, Clear and Concise tracking of RAID and key metrics to track health of projects.

Comfortable in presenting tool driven DSR’s, weekly reports

Exposure to multi track sprint planning and retrospective meetings and QBR's with CXO leadership

Good understanding of Actionable Metrics and its interpretation for ascertaining project health- static analysis, code coverage, security testing , PR metrics and functional/regression Automation coverage

Open to travel as needed

Ability to Handle Multiple Accounts
