Job Description:

Under direction of Head Coach(s) and Associate AD for Marketing, will serve as assistant coach for dance, cheer, or mascot squads. Follows all conduct rules and safety procedures; teaches, motivates and develops team members; assists with practices, conditioning and creating routines and stunts; attends assigned games/events/competitions; supervises squads; problem solves and alerts head coach of concerns or issues; interacts with the public creating positivity and spirit; may help run tryouts; promotes wellbeing of the team members; other related duties as assigned. Commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of the University, Conference, and NCAA.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Prior dance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a dance instructor.

Experience with choreography.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an on-going basis without sponsorship. Employment or immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
