About TOCA Fit:

TOCA Fit is a performance training program designed primarily for athletes ages 7 to 18. It develops strength, speed, movement quality, and confidence to improve sports performance and support lifelong fitness. Youth athletic development is the primary focus, with training also available to clients across a broader age range.

About the Role:

The TOCA Fit Coordinator is a trainer, salesperson, and program leader responsible for delivering the TOCA Fit experience and growing membership within the center.

You will deliver private training and small-group sessions, build relationships with athletes and families, and own the member journey from lead follow-up and consultation through assessment, conversion, and retention.

TOCA Fit is creating a performance training experience built around the needs of young athletes. The TOCA Fit Coordinator will help establish how that experience is delivered, how families connect with it, and how the program grows.  This is an opportunity to coach, build relationships, grow a business, and help shape the future of TOCA Fit.

Who You Are:

  • You are passionate about helping young athletes improve and build confidence.

  • You can challenge athletes while keeping training safe, positive, and engaging.

  • You communicate effectively with athletes, parents, prospects, teammates, and center leadership.

  • You take ownership of coaching quality, member relationships, and business results.

  • You are comfortable selling a training experience you believe in and asking athletes and families to commit to their development.

What You’ll Own:

The allocations below are estimates and may shift based on program needs and stage of growth.

Athlete Development and Training Delivery - 55%

  • Deliver safe, engaging, and age-appropriate training, with a primary focus on youth athletes.

  • Coach strength, speed, agility, coordination, balance, and movement quality; assess athlete needs, track progress, and communicate with athletes and families.

  • Maintain a safe training environment by following TOCA Fit training practices, equipment standards, emergency procedures, and athlete-safety requirements.

  • Recognize injuries, limitations, or other conditions requiring training modifications; escalate concerns to parents or guardians, center leadership, or other appropriate resources, and follow all policies for working with minors, including supervision, professional boundaries, and parent or guardian communication.

Membership and Program Growth - 30%

  • Build relationships within the local youth sports community, including clubs, teams, coaches, schools, and other organizations, to generate awareness, referrals, and new athlete opportunities.

  • Own established TOCA Fit performance goals related to leads, consultations, assessments, conversion, membership, retention, utilization, and revenue, in partnership with the General Manager.

  • Convert interest into membership through timely follow-up, consultations, and clear recommendations.

  • Retain members through excellent training delivery, athlete progress, and relationships with athletes and families.

Program Operations - 15%

  • Coordinate daily operations, including schedules, training spaces, equipment, attendance, and member records.

  • Maintain session readiness and monitor delivery quality, participation, customer feedback, and program performance.

  • Partner with the General Manager and program leadership to resolve issues, improve execution, and support additional coaches as demand grows.

What You Bring:

  • A current nationally recognized personal training, strength and conditioning, or performance training certification.

  • Two or more years of coaching, personal training, or performance training experience, including direct experience with athletes ages 7 to 18.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of youth development, movement mechanics, strength training, speed development, and safe exercise progression.

  • Experience conducting assessments and creating individualized programs for private and small-group training.

  • Experience building client relationships, recommending training solutions, converting prospects, and supporting retention.

  • Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain them before independently delivering sessions.
