Athletic Trainer - Office - Lebanon, IN

Job Summary: 

The Office-Based Athletic Trainer (AT) works as an integral member of the orthopedics and sports medicine care team, assisting physicians and APPs in the evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.  This role focuses on patient care coordination, clinical support, injury prevention, and rehabilitation within the clinic setting while ensuring high quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.

Minimum Requirements: 

1. Athletic Training Bachelors Degree


2. Current licensure and in good standing by the State of Indiana or obtainable within 30 days of acceptance of employment.


3. Board of Certification (BOC), Inc. Athletic Trainer Certification or obtainable within 30 days of acceptance of employment.


4. CPR certification obtained through American Red Cross.


5. Athletic Training Masters Degree Preferred


6. Preferred 2-3 years of experience in a school or office setting.

Upon employment and yearly thereafter, must complete mandatory in services. Must be knowledgeable of disaster and Safety procedures. Shall be CPR certified in Basic Life Support, Course "C". Voluntary separation requires a 90-day written notice (email accepted).
