If these words describe you too, and you have a strong interest in health and nutrition, then WeightNot’s sales training and development program, can launch your sales or client service career with us -- even if you do not have direct sales or nutrition experience.  WeightNot offers select, qualified candidates the opportunity to participate in a rigorous in-house training program that enables those with great potential to become great producers and great client service professionals. 

Sales Development Program

WeightNot’s month-long Sales Development Program is based at our Tyson’s Corner headquarters location, and includes periods of classroom training, observation and apprenticeship.  The program involves testing and evaluation throughout, and as such requires a true commitment to learning.  Candidates who successfully complete the program can progress into sales support or in an inside sales position with WeightNot.  Initial assignments typically involve responsibility for deepening relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, as well as responsibility for establishing relationships with new clients. 

• Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent
• 1-2 year’s work experience preferred.
• Ability to establish rapport and communicate empathetically.
• Excellent customer service skills.
