Responsibilities in this role:

• 
  Develop an extensive understanding of our client base, industries served, and global mobility solutions


• 
  Determine the optimal immigration strategy tailored for your clients’ needs


• 
  Perform legal research and due diligence within the rapidly evolving immigration landscape


• 
  Draft, review, and file all types of Nonimmigrant Visas and Permanent Residence Applications


• 
  Advise and mentor HR Departments of startups and established businesses on best practices


• 
  Lead client meetings, townhalls, presentations and proposal responses


• 
  Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to resolve complex issues


• 
  Mentor a team of paralegals and facilitate the hiring and retention of top talent for Silicon Valley’s finest

Qualifications:

Required

• 
  2-4 years of business immigration experience

• 
  Juris Doctor from an Accredited University


• 
  Bar Admittance in any state


• 
  Strong written and oral communicator


• 
  Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills


• 
  Detail-oriented, results driven


• 
  A positive outlook, rivaled only by a passion for helping others

Preferred

• 
  Prior experience in immigration or business law


• 
  Demonstrated track record of leadership capability


• 
  Entrepreneurial spirit that resonates with our clients


• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits and Compensation:

Salary: $85,000 to $105,000 adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors

Eligible benefits include: Bar admission fee reimbursement, CLE reimbursement, competitive annual bonuses, 401(k) plan, affordable health and vision plans, free dental, life, and disability coverages, health savings account, and 25 days paid time off.
