Job Description

What you will be doing:

  Represent policyholders in first-party property insurance matters.

  Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.

  Manage a diverse caseload of first-party property insurance cases.

  Engage with insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties in negotiations.

  
  


• 
  

  Represent clients in court proceedings.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide clear and concise legal advice to policyholders.

  
  


• 
  

  Review insurance policies, claim documentation, correspondence, and related materials.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with a team of experts, attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
