ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re a plaintiff personal injury firm looking for a Nevada-licensed attorney to carry a litigation caseload — motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, trucking, and general negligence matters. Newer attorneys are encouraged to apply: you’ll get real files, real courtroom time, and support from claims managers and staff as you grow into them.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage cases from workup through resolution or trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct legal research
• Take and defend depositions; handle hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Negotiate with carriers and opposing counsel
• Prepare cases for trial and second-chair or lead as appropriate

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Nevada bar membership in good standing
• Civil litigation experience welcome but not required; insurance defense background a plus
• Solid writing, negotiation, and courtroom instincts
• Eager to own a caseload, with mentorship along the way

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $85K–$150K DOE
