From case strategy and motion practice to depositions, mediations, and trial preparation, you will make a meaningful impact while working alongside a team dedicated to excellence and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of casualty defense matters, including personal injury, premises of liability, transportation, and general liability claims.
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation-related documents.
• Representing clients at depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Developing case strategies, evaluating liability and damages exposure, and providing practical legal counsel to clients.
• Collaborating with clients, experts, and colleagues to drive successful case outcomes and efficiently resolve claims.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and staying current on casualty law and litigation practices.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Louisiana State Bar and in good standing.
• 4-8 years of experience in casualty litigation, including trial experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
