Employment Litigation Associate Attorney | Sacramento, CA

A growing employment practice in Sacramento is adding at least three attorneys and is looking for an associate with approximately 2–5 years of experience. Employment-law experience is preferred, but strong junior candidates with meaningful discovery and deposition experience may also be considered.

You’ll have the opportunity to manage an assigned caseload, conduct legal research, develop litigation strategy, draft pleadings and motions, handle discovery, participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations, and work directly with experienced litigators.
