Auditor

 An Internal Call Auditor will evaluate calls for quality, compliance, and adherence to company policies, analyzing interactions to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and effective problem resolution.

 Key responsibilities include reviewing calls against established scripts and quality guidelines, identifying performance gaps and recommending training improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and documenting audit findings for management. 

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
