In addition, you will:\n\n \n\u2022 Conduct audit testing of assigned areas and identifies deficiencies for further investigation ensuring deliverables are completed according to the established schedule and required standards. \n\u2022 Assist in report preparation and formulation of recommendations designed to improve controls and/or methods of operation. \n\u2022 Assist in the presentation of audit findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans to Management. \n\u2022 Assist in performing financial and specialty audits, advisory reviews, and annual control testing to comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). \n\u2022 Proactively participate in department initiatives to drive improvements and innovation within Internal Audit.\n\nVISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position\n\n## What Skills You Need\n\n\u2022 Knowledge of US GAAP and auditing standards and requirements \n\u2022 Experience building interpersonal relationships with business partners and manage difficult conversations \n\u2022 Experience with the integrated systems of internal control and the relationship to disclosure/financial reporting \n\u2022 Demonstrated experience analyzing financial data \n\u2022 Proficient written and verbal communication skills \n\u2022 Ability to adapt easily to shifting priorities and act confidently in challenging situations \n\u2022 Demonstrated planning and organizational skills \n\u2022 Demonstrated experience and compatibility with a team-centric environment \n\u2022 Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 25% (A valid passport or the ability to obtain a valid passport)\n\n## What Makes You Standout\n\n\u2022 CPA, CIA, MBA, or other relevant designation \n\n## Education \n\nIdeally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: \n \n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field \n\u2022 2 or more years of audit, accounting or finance experience\n\nWhat You\u0027ll Get\n\nAt John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
