The ideal candidate will be responsible for refinishing vehicle bodies to meet high-quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, expertise in painting and finishing techniques, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish vehicle bodies using paint, filler, and other materials to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish.


• Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to company standards and customer expectations.


• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and organized manner.


• Collaborate with the repair team to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.


• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an auto body finisher or similar role.


• Knowledge of painting techniques, color matching, and finishing processes.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.


• Ability to operate spray guns, sanders, and other finishing tools.


• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
