Auto Loan USA Sales Professional

Auto Loan USA (part of the Pierre Auto Group) is seeking a driven Sales Professional to join our team. We have one opening for a unique opportunity that includes Sales, Finance, and a management role. The position pays individually on the sales you generate and, on the deals you perform the finance function on and management override on the entire store.  If you have a proven track record of stable success in automotive retail, have excellent communication skills, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service/ leadership, this is the perfect opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the car buying process.


• Conduct test drives, ensuring a memorable and informative experience for potential buyers.


• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and finances.


• Assist through financing options to reach mutually beneficial agreements.


• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the dealership's overall success.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales with a history of success.


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers of diverse backgrounds.


• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.


• Familiarity with automotive financing and dealership processes is an asset.


• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
