Automotive Billing Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Posting Deals


• Vehicle floor plan payoffs


• Lien Payoffs on traded vehicles


• Commissions


• Daily delivery report and outstanding receivables


• Breakdown deals


• Review vehicle and receivable 


• Used vehicle purchases


• Prepare incentive charge-backs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Automotive dealership experience IS required


• 3-5 years experience working in Accounting role


• Positive attitude & very outgoing personality


• Exceptional written & oral communication skills


• Ability to multitask
