Automotive Billing Clerk

Turner Automotive is seeking a motivated Automotive Billing Clerk. Turner Automotive is proud of its many accomplishments since its founding, and of the people who make it a successful organization and an interesting place to work.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the processing of all Deal posting and submitting on time.


• Deals posted to ACCTG


• Process Deals – Sales to Accounting


• Warranty Cost to Vehicles


• Final Schedules – 300A, 220A


• 220A Vehicle Receivables


• 300A Aftermarkets (We Owes)


• Scanning all car deals


• Cross Train within the office


• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

We are looking for the following qualities:

• Goal oriented person with a history of achieving success.


• Professional appearance


• Ability to work with a computer.


• Professional phone skills


• Ability to write professional e-mails.


• Dealership experience


• Reports directly to the Office Manager


• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.


• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
