COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Competitive hourly pay: $29–$33 per hour, based on experience and skill level.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform high-quality collision repairs, including structural and cosmetic bodywork.
Follow OEM repair procedures and industry-standard repair practices.
Properly assess damage and complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with estimators, management, and fellow technicians to ensure a smooth repair process.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and repair quality.
Take pride in delivering exceptional repair results and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as an Automotive Body Technician preferred.
Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and techniques.
Ability to perform quality repairs while maintaining productivity.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
I-CAR and OEM certifications are a plus but not required
