Moyer Collision Repair is looking for an experienced Collision Estimator to join our team at our new collision repair facility in Lebanon, PA.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE

  
  


• 
  

  Guide customers through the repair process from estimate to vehicle delivery

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with insurance companies and appraisers throughout repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain and develop strong DRP relationships

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and insurance representatives to ensure efficient repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed of updates

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the repair process

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous collision estimating experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with CCC ONE estimating software

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of insurance claims and repair procedures

  
  


• 
  

  I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Professional appearance and positive attitude

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
