What You’ll Do

• Process and review automotive sales contracts for accuracy and compliance


• Verify deal paperwork and ensure all required documents are complete


• Collaborate with Finance Managers and Sales teams to finalize deals


• Submit contracts to lenders and follow up on funding status


• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations


• Maintain organized deal jackets and digital records


• Resolve contract discrepancies in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For

• REQUIRED: 1–2+ years of dealership experience (automotive industry required)


• Experience handling automotive contracts and deal processing


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment


• Understanding of compliance standards in automotive sales


• Positive attitude with a strong team-first mindset

The Automotive Contracts Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $27.00 and $34.00.  The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
