Automotive Contracts Clerk

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automotive Contract Clerk to join our team! We are a dynamic and growing automotive organization committed to excellence and innovation in the automotive industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness


• Collect vehicle receivables


• Respond to customer inquiries


• Processing trade in payoffs


• Service Contract submission and cancellations


• Schedule Reconciliation


• Wholesales


• Any other tasks to be assigned by Contoller

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST HAVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE


• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.


• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.


• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
