What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, business, and fleet customers
  

• Prospect for new fleet and commercial vehicle accounts
  

• Identify businesses and organizations with fleet vehicle needs
  

• Present Ford commercial and fleet vehicle solutions based on customer needs
  

• Assist businesses with vehicle selection, pricing, ordering, and delivery
  

• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral fleet business
  

• Follow up with commercial prospects through phone, email, text, and in-person meetings
  

• Manage multiple customer accounts and sales opportunities throughout the sales process
  

• Maintain accurate customer and account information in dealership systems
  

• Stay current on Ford commercial vehicles, fleet programs, incentives, and available products
  

• Coordinate with management and other dealership departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
  

• Meet and exceed monthly fleet and commercial sales goals
  

What We're Looking For

• 2–3+ years of sales experience preferred
  

• Automotive, commercial, B2B, fleet, or outside sales experience strongly preferred
  

• Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and close sales
  

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  

• Comfortable communicating with business owners, fleet managers, and commercial customers
  

• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
  

• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, email, and mobile technology
  

• Motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
  

• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
  

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  

• Ability to obtain a California Sales License (assistance provided)
