Automotive Dealership porter

An automotive porter, also known as a car porter, works at a car dealership to move and park vehicles, perform maintenance, and assist sales and management staff. This entry-level position can be a good way to get into the automotive industry.  We have promoted with in our store and are looking to fill a couple of spots. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test and valid driver license.

Biggers Chevy is seeking Shop Help / Porter

• Duties of porter include, but are not limited to:


• Our Porters ensures that all vehicles are clean on the lot, showroom, and immediately after they are sold.


• Porters keeps lot organized.


• Porters wash vacuum and dry customer vehicles.


• Shop, Service Drive and property clean up

JOB REQUIREMENTS for PORTER
Qualified candidates will possess:

• Must be at least 18 years old 


• Experience working with their hands, preferably detailing cars or providing cleaning services


• A high degree of attention to detail


• Motivated to succeed and always do their best


• A valid driver's license


• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.


• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test and valid driver license.


• Must be able to pass a background check 


• Professional appearance


• Outstanding work ethic


• Ability to work nights, and Saturdays 


• Work well in fast paced environment


• Saturday and Evening work is REQUIRED
