Automotive Detail Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY:

Oversees the cleaning and refurbishing of new and used vehicles in a timely and professional manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

•  Maintain the standard and quality of service of the organization.
•  Inspecting the vehicles thoroughly
•  Maintaining the proper function of all service tools and equipment.
•  Train staff
•  Lot management
•  Delegate and be hands on porter, details, valet, as needed
•  Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

•  High School Diploma/GED
•  Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
•  Have a valid driver license and professional appearance.
•  Minimum 2 years automotive management experience.
•  Must be a leadership with a professional appearance and manner. 
•  Strong communication skills. 
•  Ability to read and comprehend job related instructions and information. 
•  Excellent manual dexterity skills as well as patience and an eye for detail. 
•  Ability to continually climb in and out of vehicles.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Need ability to move around the dealership.  The employee may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.  Work is performed at a desk in an office setting .
