Automotive Express Lube Technician

Responsibilities

As an Express Lube Technician at Gandrud Nissan, you will:

• 
  

  Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and basic fluid checks (brakes, coolant, transmission, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  Rotate tires, inspect for wear, and replace basic components like wiper blades and bulbs

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to customers or senior technicians

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery in express lanes

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  
  


• 
  

  Provide friendly, professional service; communicate with customers when needed

  
  


• 
  

  Follow dealership protocols and safety guidelines

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Prior experience as a lube technician, express service tech, or similar role is preferred; entry-level with strong mechanical aptitude will also be considered

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work with your hands

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
