Responsibilities

• Present finance and protection products to customers in a professional and ethical manner


• Secure financing through lender relationships and financial institutions


• Maximize F&I product sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction


• Ensure all finance and insurance paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant


• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations


• Partner closely with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience


• Monitor funding, contracts, and deal completion


• Achieve monthly production and performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive F&I Manager experience preferred


• Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lending, and compliance requirements


• Proven ability to achieve and exceed performance goals


• Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills


• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities


• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
