Huffines Express Lube Team Lead Job Description: The Genesis Express Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Genesis Express Service lane, ensuring a premium, efficient, and customer-focused experience. This role leads by example, supporting technicians and advisors while maintaining Genesis brand standards for luxury service, speed, and quality. Huffines Express Team Lead Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Genesis Express Service team in daily operations, ensuring timely completion of maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
- Deliver a high-end, concierge-level customer experience aligned with Genesis brand expectations
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and service quality to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in training, coaching, and developing Express Service technicians and team members
- Ensure all safety procedures, policies, and manufacturer guidelines are followed
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Parts Department, and management to streamline operations
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards
- Step in to assist with hands-on service work as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Huffines Express Team Lead Job Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of automotive service experience, preferably in a dealership environment
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic automotive maintenance and repair
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
