What You’ll Own

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Assess customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Operate a multi-line phone system, answer calls promptly, and transfer inquiries as needed.
• Provide accurate information regarding dealership services and procedures.
• Perform administrative and clerical support duties, including maintaining records and documentation.
• Ensure a clean, organized reception area and uphold professional workplace standards.

• High school diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
