Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary loan documentation and information.


• Process automotive purchase paper work accurately and timely.


• Communicate with lenders and customers to verify and secure loan approval if necessary.


• Assist sales personnel by providing updates on loan status and resolving loan-related issues.


• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the loan process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive financing or loan processing preferred, not required.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and finance teams.
