Automotive Lot Attendant

Capital Lincoln Mazda of Cary is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Automotive Lot Attendant to join our team! If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and take pride in keeping things organized, this is a great opportunity to become an important part of our dealership. As a Lot Attendant, you'll help ensure our lot is clean, organized, and presentation-ready while supporting both our Sales and Service teams. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain the organization and appearance of the dealership lot 


• Stage, park, and arrange new and pre-owned vehicles for display 


• Ensure vehicles are clean, properly positioned, and customer-ready 


• Perform routine lot inspections and remove debris of litter to maintain a clean appearance 


• Adjust mirrors, seats, and other vehicle settings as needed 


• Assist with moving vehicles between departments and dealership locations when necessary 


• Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Inventory teams to ensure accurate vehicle placement 


• Maintain inventory organization and assist with lot operations


• Perform other duties as assigned 

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive dealership, is preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift objects throughout the day


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background screening
