Columbia CDJR is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in automotive parts, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

Previous automotive parts experience is required. Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (CDJR) parts is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Assist service technicians and retail customers with identifying and ordering the correct automotive parts.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels.

  
  


• 
  

  Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments.

  
  


• 
  

  Process special orders and communicate order status with customers and technicians.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure timely parts availability to support an efficient service department.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep the parts department organized, clean, and operating efficiently.

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Automotive parts experience is required.

  
  


• 
  

  CDJR parts experience is preferred but not required.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs is a plus.
