If you’ve worked a dealership parts counter, you know the routine: Five days a week, Saturdays are part of the deal, and your schedule is usually structured around what the dealership needs.

We believed there was a better way — so we built it.

THE JOB IS FAMILIAR. THE SCHEDULE ISN’T.

Our Parts Department operates on a published, repeating 5-week rotation. Every parts counter person moves through the same schedule—regardless of seniority.

Every five weeks, you’ll get:

• Three 4-day workweeks


• Work only 2 Saturdays out of every 5


• One scheduled weekday off each week


• A true 4-day weekend — Friday through Monday


• 40 scheduled hours every week


• A predictable schedule posted in advance

Management provides backup coverage for vacations and unexpected absences whenever possible, helping us protect the rotation instead of routinely disrupting the team’s schedule.

You’re still working a full 40-hour week. We’ve simply found a better way to schedule it.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR ONE MORE GREAT PARTS PERSON.

We already have the foundation of a Parts Department we’re proud of. We’re looking for an experienced dealership parts professional who takes pride in their work, cares about getting things right, and understands the value of being part of a team that can depend on one another.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 12+ months of automotive dealership parts experience - retail automotive parts store experience will also be considered.


• Strong parts-counter, organizational, and computer skills


• Accuracy and efficiency in a busy dealership environment


• A work ethic your teammates can rely on


• Valid, clean driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening


• Mercedes-Benz, highline, or import experience is a plus—but not required.

We can teach you our brand and our systems. What’s much harder to teach is caring about the quality of your work.

• Realistic annual earnings of $60,000–$70,000 depending on experience

You’ll support technicians, advisors, wholesale and retail customers; source and order the right parts; keep orders organized; and help keep the department moving when things get busy.
