Diehl of Wooster is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Parts Counterperson / Parts Advisor to join our growing parts department in Wooster, Ohio!

Automotive Parts Counterperson Responsibilities

As a Parts Counterperson, you will assist service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with their automotive parts needs while helping maintain an efficient and organized parts department.

  Assist automotive service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases.

  Look up, identify, and order OEM automotive parts and accessories.

  Utilize electronic parts catalogs and dealership parts management systems.

  Accurately process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders.

  Maintain accurate parts inventory and assist with inventory counts.

  Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments.

Qualifications
