Krause Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated Product and Test Drive Specialist to join our growing dynamic and successful team at our dealership Asheville Ford Lincoln located in Asheville, North Carolina.  As a Product and Test Drive Specialist, your primary responsibility is to present vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives while establishing positive relationships. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of customers through the sales funnel, helping to provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles


• Present vehicle features, and benefits with the ability to assist customers with a full product presentation.


• Arrange test drives and accompany customers


• Collaborate with the Sales Management team to gather and share key information requested by clients.


• Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers


• Answer customer questions and address concerns


• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction


• Fully trained in product features and benefits

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail


• Self-motivated and able to stay on task with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule, including weekends 


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
