Automotive Quick Lube Technician

Fox Motors is looking for an Automotive Quick Lube Technician to join our team at Fox Marquette Subaru. The Automotive Quick Lube Technician is key to ensuring customer satisfaction with our service team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for routine vehicle maintenance and light line services. Key Responsibilities:

  Perform basic automotive maintenance with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Drain oil from the crankcase and refill it with the required amount and type of oil.

  
  


• 
  

  Replace oil, cabin, and engine air filters.

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect vehicle fluid levels, replenishing or replacing them as necessary.

  
  


• 
  

  Check tire pressure, add air if needed, and perform tire rotations.

  
  


• 
  

  Complete basic safety inspections and recommend related maintenance services.

  
  


• 
  

  Report any machinery defects or malfunctions immediately to your supervisor.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure customers' vehicles are kept clean and notify service advisors of any changes to a vehicle's appearance or condition.

  
  

Skills & Experience:

• 
  

  No prior professional automotive experience or training is required; on-the-job training is provided.

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma, GED, or 1–3 months of related experience/training.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license.
