Automotive Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.


• Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.


• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.


• Work closely with the finance, service, and management teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.


• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and goals.


• Stay knowledgeable about current automotive trends, new products, and competitive vehicles.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service position preferred.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.


• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
