Automotive Sales Assistant Funder - BMW

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for an Automotive Sales Assistant Funder at Rallye BMW! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their automotive billing skills, be a part of an outstanding team!

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Organizing and processing all paperwork including Department of Motor Vehicle documents, leases, financing, contracts.
• Billing the purchase of both new and pre-owned vehicles to clients and wholesalers.
• Preparing title documents and registrations; and maintaining DMV records.
• Review and submit contracts for funding.

PAY RATE: $22 HOURLY

• 1 year of automotive billing experience required.
• Experience with Verifi, CDK, Infobahn and Trivin required.
• Proficient with out of state DMV regulations.
• Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems.
• Outgoing and patient personality with an ability to multitask.
