Knudtsen Chevrolet is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join the Knudtsen team. Knudtsen is a family-owned and operated company that provides the community with new and used cars, a full-service body shop and service department,as well as Genuine GM Parts. Salary: $50,000 to $250,000 (This is a commission position, pay is dependent on performance.)

Summary of Position  

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new and used cars in accordance with dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. You will be a direct representative of Knudtsen in the market and vital in creating and maintaining lifelong customer relationships. Thus, you will be held to high ethical standards. Continuing product, process, and service specific training will be provided.

Team Members regularly works 40 hours per week.  While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member will typically be outside on the Sales Lot. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions and combustibles. Fast paced working environment at times, but typically the environment is quiet and calm. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderately loud. If walking through the service areas can be exposed to loud noises and dangerous work environments.
