Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our reputable hometown dealership. In this role, you will help customers find the right vehicle for their needs while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and supporting overall dealership success. The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, and passionate about both sales and the automotive industry. You will play a key role in managing inventory, generating leads, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  Guide customers through the entire purchasing process to ensure a seamless, positive experience.

  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous retail or automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with CRM systems and inventory management software is a plus.

  Strong phone skills, people skills, and lead‑generation skills are highly valued.
