Lockhart Cadillac, a luxury Cadillac franchise dealership, is seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy building lasting relationships, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for professionals who can communicate confidently with an affluent clientele and provide a first-class luxury buying experience. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has outstanding customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor

Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and technology
Ability to build relationships with an affluent, discerning customer base
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Deliver a premium, customer-focused buying experience
Follow up with customers using dealership CRM tools
Maintain product knowledge on Cadillac vehicles and features
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Work with sales management to achieve individual and dealership goals
Ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium standards and reputation of the Cadillac brand
