What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process


• Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle solutions


• Deliver engaging product presentations and test drives


• Educate customers on financing, warranties, and available options


• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers


• Stay up to date on inventory, manufacturer programs, and promotions


• Build lasting relationships to generate repeat and referral business


• Provide a seamless, customer-first experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed goals


• Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, not required)


• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment


• Flexible schedule, including weekends


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
