Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the entire vehicle purchase process
  
• Build relationships with new and repeat clients
  
• Generate leads through phone, internet, referrals, and showroom traffic
  
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
  
• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
  
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  
• Maintain product knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and technology
  
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
  

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
  
• Previous sales experience in retail, hospitality, furniture, wireless, real estate, or other customer-facing sales roles is encouraged to apply
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  
• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
