New Deal Pre-Owned Autos is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team. If you have automotive sales experience, enjoy working with customers, and are driven by earning potential, we'd love to meet you.

We offer a high-volume inventory, strong management support, and a schedule that provides excellent work-life balance with a five-day work week.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
  
• Build relationships with new and repeat customers
  
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  
• Follow up on internet, phone, and showroom leads
  
• Negotiate and present financing and vehicle options
  
• Maintain CRM and customer records
  
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
  

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred (some dealership sales experience required)
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
  
• Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
