Tasca Ford Berlin is looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our sales team. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people and is driven to succeed. Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Welcome customers to the dealership and provide a friendly, professional experience

  
  


• 
  

  Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget

  
  


• 
  

  Present and explain vehicle features, performance, benefits, and available options

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct vehicle demonstrations and offer test drives to qualified prospects

  
  


• 
  

  Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through purchase

  
  


• 
  

  Work toward and achieve sales goals established by the Sales Manager

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate records and follow dealership sales procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Review daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance to identify opportunities for improvement

  
  


• 
  

  Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to deliver an exceptional customer experience

  
  

What We’re Looking For

  Automotive sales experience preferred; dealership experience is a plus

  Excellent customer service and communication skills
