What You'll Do

• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs and budget.


• Deliver an exceptional showroom experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery.


• Become a product expert by maintaining manufacturer certifications and completing required training.


• Present financing, leasing, protection products, and vehicle features with confidence.


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and referrals.


• Generate new business through prospecting, repeat customers, and community networking.


• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up on leads.


• Achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience required.


• Proven success in commission-based sales with a strong closing record.


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Strong organizational and time management abilities.


• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and positive attitude.


• Professional appearance and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.


• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.


• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Fluency in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), or other languages is a strong plus and helps us better serve our diverse customer base.
