Automotive Sales BDC- Honda Stratham - ICL Autos

Honda Stratham, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc. Company, is looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys talking on the phone for our Business Development Center. This person will be responsible for ensuring that phone and internet leads are followed up in a timely and professional manner. They are responsible setting appointments and following up with unsold floor traffic. They will maintain a relationship with our customer base via e-mail and by phone to increase the dealership sales. No cold calling.

Responsibilities:

• Handles inbound Internet and Phone leads giving them direction to the proper departments and people


• Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone and others.


• Maintain contact with our present customer base through phone and email contact.


• Manage all sales activities generated from Phone and Internet contact.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude


• Flexible schedule to cover store hours including some weekends & evenings.


• Strong computer aptitude and organizational skills.


• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirement
