Automotive Sales Consultant

DePaula Mazda is growing and we are seeking driven salespeople to join us at our new state-of-the-art facility. Ideal candidates are collaborative, customer-focused professionals who want to create the best experience for our customers. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and at least one year of retail sales or automotive experience.

Qualifications:

Previous retail sales or customer service experience 

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections

Quality customer service skills and sales track record

Strong interpersonal communication skills, in-person and over the phone

Consistent ability to focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales

Eagerness to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
