We are growing rapidly and currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our dynamic sales team!

Position Overview:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you’ll be on the front line of our dealership’s success. Your role will involve helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle, while delivering an outstanding sales experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm


• Assess customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles


• Conduct product presentations and test drives


• Educate customers on features, warranties, pricing, and financing options


• Guide customers through the entire purchasing process


• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business

Qualifications:

• Prior automotive or retail sales experience is preferred but not required


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• A passion for helping people and building lasting relationships


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment


• Willingness to learn about vehicles and dealership systems


• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
