Automotive Sales Consultant
Copeland Toyota is hiring motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our Sales team in Brockton, MA.

Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 – $100,000+ annual earning potential
- Up to $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 90 days, $250 after 180 days)

Schedule (5-Day Work Week)
- Monday–Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (required)
- Sunday: Off
- Last day of every other month: required workday
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Use CRM tools to manage and track opportunities
- Support dealership sales goals
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional, motivated, and coachable attitude
